>> reporter: matt a man and several fishermen on the beach in atlantic city helped to pull a woman and her baby out of the ocean. >> it was a reaction. >> reporter: louis ortiz and his friends were at the jetty on pacific avenue in atlantic city. he spotted a woman and her baby in the water when she was 100 yards out. >> i said i'm going in for you, don't panic and don't try to grab me. >> reporter: but louis was in danger and seth per kins jumped in to celt -- get the woman on the rocks. >> i want and jumped it, it was hard to get her out of the water. the press of atlantic city reports that 23-year-old will be charged with second degree aggravated assault for throwing her baby into the bay and jumping in herself. fishermen tom bell the retired

child in danger like that. >> reporter: the woman is being held on $100,000 bail. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> thank you for that. new jersey governor chris christie is clarifying a new strict quarantine policy that could lead to a lawsuit. nurse casey hickok challenges the order that she has to spent three weeks in an isolation tent in a hospital in newark. a spokesman for governor christie stressed that home confinement would be used for residents and others when it was possible. philadelphia police are cracking down on illegal bikes in the city. under the new ordinance bike owners will not get them back. about 100 men we've had through traffic and -- weaved through
